THE GYM formally known as Gold's Gym has been a part of the Albany area for the past 20 years. Our corporation was established in 1991 and is locally owned and operated by Barbara and LJ Arnold. The same owners, management and staff remain dedicated to helping you meet your fitness goals through a wide variety of exercise programs and activities. We can accommodate the person that has never worked out a day in their life to the avid exercise enthusiast.

The Gym will continue to add new and innovative classes and stay on top of the latest industry trends. Our certified Group Xercise Instructors and Personal Trainers are highly qualified to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our instructors are continually updating their certifications so we can present a varied program that offers something for everyone...from the teenager to the mature adult. So if you are looking for a great place to workout where the staff truely cares, then check us out. We're still the same except for the name!



Class Updates for Spring
1. TRY OUR NEW Class "Dance It Off" - All styles of dance. Join us if you dare. Great for the beginning to intermediate exerciser. Class Time: Monday - 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM.
2. ZUMBA® has been added to our GroupX Schedule on Wednesdays at 5:45 PM.

Kidz Korner Updates
1. Kidz Korner is free to all One Year Members. All others will be charged a $3.00 fee per visit for the First child and $1.00 for any additional children.
