Group Xercise Class Descriptions

ABS: Make this 1/4 hour Class an addition to your workout. This class is designed to enhance your Abs and strengthen your Core and Back. Fitballs and free weight may be used. (Beginner - Advanced)

Cardio Blast: This class is just that-a SURPRISE! A Cardio Workout that could include any of the following: Hi/Lo, Step, Power Board, Kickboxing, Spinning, Jumping Rope, Resistance Training, Running, etc. Guaranteed not to bore you! (Beginner - Advanced)

Interval Training: A cardio/Strength interval formatted training workout that incorporates various styles of GROPU X. Class members will Cardio/Agility ans Strength?Endurance segments. (Beginner - Advanced)

Line Dancing: A LOW-Impact fun filled BEGINNER line dance class for all ages and ability levels. In this class you will learn the a variety of dances that include: The Electric SLIDE, Boot Scoot Boogie, Cowboy/Cowgirl Twist and many more. A new LINE DANCE is introduced monthly. No prior experience needed, just the willingness to have a great time!. TENNIS SHOES REQUIRED. (Beginner)

SilverSneakers® - Muscular Strength & Range Of Movement Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. This class is recommended for all new participants to the program.

Strong>SuperSeniors: - A class designed to improved strength and cardiovascular endurance. Tubing, free weights, balls, chairs and more will be used to help improve your fitness level. (Beginning - Intermediate)

Tone It UP: those muscles with this dynamite Strength/Toning Class designed for everyone! (Beginner- Advanced)

PILATES / YOGA: This workout helps develop core strength and lean abs and provides a full-body stretch and strengthen with a myriad of mind-body and functional fitness. This class is for all fitness levels.

THE GYM WORKOUT 101: A Class only for the NEW Member! This class will introduce you to CIRCUIT TRAINING and how to begin your NEW exercise program with Complete Step by Step Program Design. (Exercise Clothing and Tennis Shoes Required.) Prior Sign Up Also Required.

Zumba® Fanatics achieve long term health benefits while experiencing an absolute blast doing this caloric-burning, body-energizing, workout with awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

ZUMBA®Toning - When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.


Group Xercise Etiquette
* All of the above listed classes may not be available every month. Check the facility and schedule for changes.
* If you have a medical condition that prevents you from following the routine, please inform your instructor.
* Be on time. Classes are closed 10 min. after start time.
* Be considerate of other member's exercise space. Do not crowd a member who has arrived in class before you. If equipment is required get it from the proper area. Do not take other class members equipment.
* Appropriate exercise attire must be worn. Proper athletic shoes only! No black soled shoes.
* All equipment (steps, weights, tubing, Fitballs) must be returned to its proper storage area.
* Please do not enter the studio before the current class has finished.
* Please note the scheduled instructors and classes may change without prior notice.
