Group Xercise Class Descriptions

ABS: Make this ½ hour Fitball Class an addition to your workout. This class is designed to enhance your Abs and strengthen your Core and Back (Beginner - Advanced)

AFTER WORK SPIN: A 45-minute Indoor Cardio Cycling Workout for the Beginner through Advanced. Prior sign-up is required.

BEGINNING STEP: Learn how to step in this class geared especially for the novice stepper.

Boot Camp: Work Hard...Get Results! This class will challenge the athlete within. Incorporating interval training, and conditioning drills, in muscle endurance, agility, and strength. (Beginner - Advanced)

Break it Down: This class will slowly break down the step and hi/lo aerobics combinations taught in the regular Monday/Wednesday cardio classes. Designed for any one wanting to join the class but felt he/she needed to learn routines at a slower pace.

Cardio FUNK: Exercise while you learn the most current and hottest dance moves for total fitness Fun. This class is designed for all levels.

Cardio Kickboxing: Let off a little steam in this cardio class. A lot of high energy floor moves along with a great Bag workout. Bring your own gloves and wraps. (All Levels)

Cardio Surprise: This class is just that-a SURPRISE! A Cardio Workout that could include any of the following: Hi/Lo, Step, Power Board, Kickboxing, Spinning, Jumping Rope, Resistance Training, Running, etc. Guaranteed not to bore you! (Beginner - Advanced)

Dance Aerobics: If you like Dance, you'll love this class! A great alternative if you are already tired of the cardio equipment or your regular aerobics classes. Be ready though, your mind will be challenged along with your body. (Beginner - Advanced)

DANCE & STEP: A hour long class that is twice the challenge: Alot of Step and alot of Dance. (Beginner - Advanced)

Fitball: A ½ hour Stability Ball Class for the entire body. Pilates, Yoga and toning exercises are included. (Beginner- Advanced)

Friday Cardio Surprise: End your Week with a 90- minute high-energy class of Mixed Aerobic Styles and Body Toning. Enjoy Hi/Lo, Step, Power Board, T.N.T., etc. (Not scheduled every Friday) (Beginner - Advanced)

L.E.A.H.: Leah's Energetic Aerobic Hour is an Intermediate - Advanced aerobics class with challenging choreography that is guaranteed to take you to a new level of fitness.

RHYTHM RIDE: An intense 60-minute Spinning Class with a bit extra! Definitely for the die- hard cyclist, this is not your ordinary bike ride. Prior Sign Up Is required. (Intermediate - Advanced)

SilverSneakers® 1 - Muscular Strength & Range Of Movement Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SPINNING® PROGRAM: This is the original and most comprehensive indoor cycling program, created by Johnny G. Classes are taught on, specially designed, fixed gear cycles. Great class for the beginner to advanced cyclists. All classes require proper set up, so arrive early. Prior Sign up is required. Space is limited. (Beginner - Advanced)

SuperSeniors aka Line Dancing 101 A LOW-Impact fun filled BEGINNER line dance class for all ages and ability levels. In this class you will learn the a variety of dances that include: The Electric SLIDE, Boot Scoot Boogie, Cowboy/Cowgirl Twist and many more. A new LINE DANCE is introduced monthly. No prior experience needed, just the willingness to have a great time!. TENNIS SHOES REQUIRED. (Beginner)

S.W.E.A.T.: Serious Workout Every-bodies Aerobic Training. Increase your Aerobic Endurance with this high-intensity interval based workout. This class can include Kickboxing, Step, Power Board, Slide, Free Weights, etc. and is for all AGES and fitness levels.

T.N.T. Tighten'N Tone: those muscles with this dynamite Strength/Toning Class designed for everyone! (Beginner- Advanced)

PILATES / YOGA: This workout helps develop core strength and lean abs and provides a full-body stretch and strengthen with a myriad of mind-body and functional fitness. This class is for all fitness levels.

THE GYM WORKOUT 101: A Class only for the NEW Member! This class will introduce you to CIRCUIT TRAINING and how to begin your NEW exercise program with Complete Step by Step Program Design. (Exercise Clothing and Tennis Shoes Required) Prior Sign Up Also Required


Group Xercise Etiquette
. All of the above listed classes may not be available every month. Check the facility and schedule for changes.
· If you have a medical condition that prevents you from following the routine, please inform your instructor.
· Be on time. Classes are closed 10 min. after start time. Note: There is no late entry to spinning classes.
· Be considerate of other member's exercise space. Do not crowd a member who has arrived in class before you. If equipment is required get it from the proper area. Do not take other class members equipment.
· Appropriate exercise attire must be worn. Proper athletic shoes only! No black soled shoes.
· All equipment (steps, weights, tubing, Fitballs) must be returned to its proper storage area.
· Please do not enter the studio before the current class has finished.
· Please note the scheduled instructors and classes may change without prior notice.
